Any boat rental business operating in a state park:\n\n1. Shall have a current valid written contract with the\n\nOklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department or the agency which owns\n\nthe lake;\n\n2. Shall be required to obtain a business license from the\n\nstate;\n\n3. Shall have a visible, commercially accessible public\n\nlocation; and\n\n4. Shall be properly licensed with a tax permit and any other\n\nrequired local permits.\n\nB. Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this\n\nsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to\n\nexceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the\n\ncounty jail for a term not exceeding thirty (30) days or by both\n\nsuch fine and imprisonment.\n\nC.
