Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2223","heading":"Sale of property within Texoma State Park - Replacement","body":"of campground land.\n\nA. The Commission may sell real estate and personal property\n\nowned or acquired by the State of Oklahoma or the Department, now or\n\nin the future, and under the jurisdiction of the Commission located\n\nwithin Marshall County and situated within Texoma State Park.\n\nB. The sale of real estate and personal property authorized\n\npursuant to subsection A of this section shall be subject to all\n\nexisting easements and reservations of record. The Commission or\n\nDepartment shall transfer any interests held including, but not\n\nlimited to licenses, operating permits and leasehold interests to a\n\nsubsequent purchaser.\n\nC. The Commission and Department shall not be subject to the\n\nprovisions of Section 129.4 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes for\n\nsuch sale. All monies received from the sale of these properties,\n\nexcept those monies necessary to pay the expenses incurred pursuant\n\nto the sale, shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Tourism and\n\nRecreation Department Revolving Fund 215 (\"215 Fund\"). Revenue\n\nderived from such real estate and personal property sale deposited\n\nto the fund shall be utilized for the benefit of the state park\n\nsystem. Such real estate and personal property sale shall not be\n\nsubject to the provisions of Section 456.7 of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nD. For every developed acre of land containing recreational\n\nvehicle campgrounds and other campgrounds that is sold pursuant to\n\nthis section, an equivalent amount of replacement land shall be\n\nselected by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department in a\n\nsuitable area at Lake Texoma or in the vicinity, and developed to\n\nprovide comparable outdoor public recreation facilities for\n\noperation as part of the Oklahoma state park system.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"547051d48b7bd896fb91bd14ad8273a047d36140b304785c0db2102afbf7833e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-2222","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-2224"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
