Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2224","heading":"Transfer of property to cities, counties or agencies","body":"The Commission may transfer to any city, county, or other agency\n\nof government, which is a willing recipient, its interest in real\n\nand personal property owned by the State of Oklahoma or the\n\nDepartment and operated and maintained under the jurisdiction of the\n\nCommission. Such real estate transfers shall not be subject to\n\nSection 456.7 or 129.4 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes or any\n\nprovision of state law relative to disposition of real estate. Such\n\nreal estate transfers shall be subject to the following provisions:\n\n1. The city, county or other agency recipient shall agree to\n\naccept the interest transferred by the state, accept responsibility\n\nfor the property, and use the real estate for public recreation\n\npurposes in accordance with the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act\n\nof 1965, Public Law 88-578, 78 U.S.C., Section 897;\n\n2. The city, county or other agency recipient shall not dispose\n\nof the property unless substitute property is provided that is\n\nequivalent in value and usefulness;\n\n3. The Commission shall transfer the property to the recipient\n\nby quit claim deed or other instrument as may be appropriate;\n\n4. The consideration for the property transfer shall be the\n\nagreement of the recipient to continue public recreation use of the\n\nproperty and to manage the property without an operating subsidy\n\nfrom the Department or Commission;\n\n5. The real estate transfer shall be subject to all existing\n\neasements and reservations of record; and\n\n6. The Commission shall provide written notice to the President\n\nPro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives detailing any such proposed transfer agreement to be\n\nentered into pursuant to this section no later than thirty (30) days\n\nprior to the first day of the legislative session.
