Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2228","heading":"Hunting in designated state parks","body":"The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Oklahoma\n\nTourism and Recreation Commission may authorize, by written\n\nagreement or agreements between the Commissions, hunting in\n\ndesignated state parks or designated portions of state parks under\n\nthe administrative control of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation\n\nCommission, excluding Lake Murray State Park. The agreement or\n\nagreements shall be made with the advice of the Attorney General's\n\noffice and shall contain the duration, terms and conditions of the\n\nhunting authorization, a list of species to be hunted and permitted\n\nfirearms, a map designating the specific land areas to be open to\n\nhunting and shall provide for the administration of the designated\n\narea or areas by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission for\n\nso long as hunting is authorized under the provisions of the\n\nagreement or agreements.
