Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2232","heading":"Annual statewide tourism and recreation industry","body":"conference.\n\nThe Commission, through the Department, may sponsor, promote and\n\nimplement an annual statewide tourism and recreation industry\n\nconference to promote the tourism and recreation industry. The\n\nDepartment is authorized to partner with private entities for the\n\nadministration and execution of the conference. The Department is\n\nhereby authorized to charge registration and exhibit space fees\n\nnecessary to cover the costs of the conference and shall deposit the\n\nfees plus any other conference proceeds, including donated funds,\n\ninto an agency special account to be created by the Special Agency\n\nAccount Board.
