There is hereby created within the Oklahoma Tourism and\n\nRecreation Department, the “Oklahoma Today Magazine” Division. The\n\nDivision shall be responsible for the publication of the “Oklahoma\n\nToday Magazine” a minimum of six times per year.\n\nB. “Oklahoma Today Magazine” is hereby authorized to sell\n\nadvertising. All advertising shall be approved by the appropriate\n\ndivision director prior to acceptance for publication.\n\nC. In addition to a regular salary, any employee of the\n\n“Oklahoma Today Magazine” who obtains advertising, bulk\n\nsubscription, newsstand, or ancillary product sales, for “Oklahoma\n\nToday Magazine”, at the discretion of the Executive Director, may be\n\nawarded additional compensation in the form of a commission on net\n\nsales by the employee. The commission shall not exceed twenty-five\n\npercent (25%), with the commission percentage to be determined by\n\nthe Executive Director. In no case shall the additional\n\ncompensation, when combined with the salary of the employee, exceed\n\nninety-five percent (95%) of the salary of the Executive Director.\n\nCommission payments shall be paid monthly, based on collected\n\nrevenues from sales by the employee.\n\nD. The sale of advertising and negotiation of rates for the\n\nadvertising shall not be subject to The Oklahoma Central Purchasing\n\nAct of 1974 or the Administrative Procedures Act.\n\nE. “Oklahoma Today Magazine” articles, and photographs produced\n\nby or for “Oklahoma Today Magazine”, shall be available for public\n\ninspection during Department business hours.
