The Oklahoma Today Magazine Foundation is hereby created to\n\nencourage contributions by private individuals, companies,\n\nfoundations, corporations and others in the private and public\n\nsectors by cooperating with a public, nonprofit foundation. The\n\nfoundation shall operate for the exclusive purpose of receiving,\n\ninvesting and expending privately donated nonstate funds for\n\neducational, cultural, historical and eleemosynary activities and\n\nfunctions which relate to the support, promotion, development and\n\ngrowth of literacy and awareness of Oklahoma history and culture\n\nthrough \"Oklahoma Today Magazine” and its ancillary products and\n\nactivities.\n\nB.
