For the purposes of the Oklahoma Tourism, Parks and\n\nRecreation Enhancement Act, seasonal employees shall be unclassified\n\nemployees employed by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department\n\nwho work less than one thousand six hundred (1,600) hours in any\n\ntwelve-month period.\n\nB. The Department may employ seasonal employees throughout the\n\ncalendar year. Project labor employed by the Department for a\n\nperiod of time necessary to complete a project shall be in the\n\nunclassified service of the state as provided by the Oklahoma\n\nPersonnel Act of the Oklahoma Statutes. Such employees shall not be\n\nentitled to paid leave, paid holidays, retirement, health, dental or\n\nlife insurance, and shall be exempt from any laws, rules or\n\npractices providing for such benefits.\n\nC.
