Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2242.1","heading":"Employees of Murray State Park or Lake Murray Lodge –","body":"Employment with successor operator – Severance package.\n\nEach employee at Murray State Park or Lake Murray Lodge who has\n\na minimum of two (2) years’ continuous service with the Oklahoma\n\nTourism and Recreation Department at Murray State Park or Lake\n\nMurray Lodge on the date of closure of the facility shall have the\n\nopportunity to obtain employment with any successor operator of a\n\nresort or park facility located on the lands held by the Oklahoma\n\nTourism and Recreation Department, provided the employee is\n\nqualified and eligible for any such employment.
