Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2249","heading":"Disbursement of monies - Bond of officers, agents and","body":"employees.\n\nThe monies of the Commission, except monies appropriated by the\n\nLegislature, shall be disbursed only by checks, drafts, orders or\n\nother instruments signed by such persons as shall be authorized to\n\nsign the same by the bylaws or by appropriate resolution. The\n\ngeneral manager, if any, and all other officers, agents and\n\nemployees of the Commission who shall be charged with the\n\ncollection, custody, or payment of any funds of the Commission shall\n\ngive bond conditioned on the faithful performance of their duties\n\nand an accounting for all funds and properties of the Commission\n\ncoming into their respective hands.
