Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2251","heading":"Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department to be designated the \"Oklahoma Tourism and\n\nRecreation Department Revolving Fund\". The fund shall consist of\n\nall monies received by the Department pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthis act, monies derived from the sale or conveyance of real\n\nproperty under the jurisdiction of the Commission, and interest\n\nattributable to investment of money in the fund. The revolving fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations\n\nand shall be under the administrative direction of the Department.\n\nExpenditures from the fund created by this section shall be for the\n\nadministration, operation, and maintenance expenses of the\n\nDepartment, for purchase of real property, and shall be made\n\npursuant to the laws of this state and the statutes relating to the\n\nDepartment.
