Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2252","heading":"Oklahoma Today Magazine Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department to be designated the \"Oklahoma Today Magazine\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Department from donations, gifts and bequests by individuals,\n\ncorporations, organizations, associations and foundations specifying\n\nthat such monies be expended on \"Oklahoma Today Magazine\" and its\n\nancillary products and activities. No state monies shall be\n\ndeposited in this fund. From monies deposited in this fund, the\n\nExecutive Director may reimburse the publisher of \"Oklahoma Today\n\nMagazine\" and its staff for all actual and necessary expenses for\n\ntravel, subsistence and entertainment in order to gain advertising\n\nand promotion for \"Oklahoma Today Magazine\", pursuant to Section\n\n500.18 of this title. All monies accruing to the credit of said\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nDepartment for the purpose of supporting and promoting \"Oklahoma\n\nToday Magazine\" and its ancillary products and activities, and for\n\nsoliciting contributions for other expenses for \"Oklahoma Today\n\nMagazine\", so that the magazine can become self-supporting and not\n\ndependent on state-appropriated funds in the future.
