Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2253","heading":"Tourism and Recreation Environmental Loan Proceeds","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to be designated\n\nthe \"Tourism and Recreation Environmental Loan Proceeds Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received from the\n\nState Revolving Fund loan programs as administered by the Oklahoma\n\nWater Resources Board designated specifically for the purposes of\n\nreimbursements, construction, repair, remediation, or improvement of\n\neligible facilities under the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Tourism\n\nand Recreation Commission. The fund shall be under the\n\nadministrative direction of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation\n\nDepartment. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation\n\nDepartment for the purpose of constructing, repairing, remediating,\n\nimproving loan eligible projects, reimbursing the Department for\n\neligible planning and design expenses, or paying for associated loan\n\nfinancing requirements.
