Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2254","heading":"State Park System Improvement Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to be designated\n\nthe \"State Park System Improvement Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations. The\n\nfund shall consist of all monies that are received by the\n\nDepartment, from all entrance or day-use charges for the state park\n\nsystem, including charges for an annual pass for visitors to the\n\nstate parks. All monies accruing to the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be expended by the Department at the state park\n\nwhere the charges were collected as authorized by Section 2220 of\n\nthis title.
