Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2254.1","heading":"Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department Capital","body":"Expenditure Revolving Fund\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to be\n\ndesignated the \"Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department Capital\n\nExpenditure Revolving Fund\".\n\nB. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department from the apportionment of\n\ngross production tax revenues as prescribed by Section 1004 of Title\n\n68 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nTourism and Recreation Department for the purpose of one-time\n\ncapital expenditures for capital assets owned, managed or controlled\n\nby the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department.\n\nD. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nE.
