Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2254.2","heading":"Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department","body":"Reimbursement and Donation Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to be\n\ndesignated the \"Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department\n\nReimbursement and Donation Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\ndonations, insurance reimbursements, Federal Emergency Management\n\nAgency (FEMA) payments and other reimbursement monies received by\n\nthe Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nTourism and Recreation Department.\n\nC. No monies from this revolving fund shall be transferred for\n\nany purpose to any other state agency.
