There is hereby created a petty cash fund in the revolving\n\nfund of each of the properties or activities with sales under the\n\ncontrol of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department. The\n\npetty cash funds shall be such amounts as are determined to be\n\nnecessary by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices and the Executive Director of the Department. Petty cash\n\nfunds may be expended for the payment of emergency purchases, for\n\npostage due, for bank charges, for resale merchandise and firewood\n\npurchases under One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), for refund of charges\n\nfor returned merchandise, for refund of advance deposits, to\n\nreimburse lease concessions, for purchases charged to guests'\n\nstatements of account, to reimburse employees for gratuities charged\n\nto guests' statements of account, to pay artisans the net proceeds\n\nresulting from the sale of consignment arts and crafts products, to\n\npurchase beverage and vending licenses, and pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nAlcoholic Beverage Control Act and any amendments thereto, pursuant\n\nto Title 37A of the Oklahoma Statutes, for Alcoholic Beverage Laws\n\nEnforcement Commission (ABLE) licenses to purchase alcoholic\n\nbeverages, as defined in Section 1-103 of Title 37A of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, from licensed wine and spirit wholesalers and beer\n\ndistributors.\n\nB. The petty cash funds may be reimbursed by the State\n\nTreasurer upon the filing of a claim with the proper receipts or\n\nfrom the agency clearing account if the petty cash disbursement was\n\na refund of erroneous or excessive collections or credits. Petty\n\ncash funds may be reimbursed from the agency clearing account for\n\nshortages accruing to the account. Reimbursements are to be made\n\nfrom the revolving fund.
