Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2257","heading":"Refund of outstanding series of revenue bonds","body":"The Commission shall have the power and is authorized to refund\n\nthe outstanding series of the revenue bonds authorized by this act.\n\nThe Commission shall pledge to the payment of the principal and\n\ninterest of the refunded bonds all or any part of the revenues\n\nderived from the operation of the parks and lodges controlled and\n\noperated by the Commission.
