Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2258","heading":"Validity of bonds - Signatures","body":"Bonds bearing the signatures of Commission officers on the date\n\nof the signing thereof shall be valid and binding obligations,\n\nnotwithstanding that before the delivery of the bonds, any or all\n\nthe persons whose signatures appear thereon shall have ceased to be\n\nofficers of the Commission. The validity of the bonds shall not be\n\ndependent upon nor affected by the validity or regularity of any\n\nproceedings relating to the construction, reconstruction,\n\nimprovement, betterment or extension of the properties for which the\n\nbonds are issued.
