Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2261","heading":"Issuance of bonds - Attorney General approval and","body":"certificate.\n\nUnless an action shall be filed in the Supreme Court for\n\nvalidation of the bonds in the manner hereinafter provided, no bonds\n\nshall be issued hereunder until a certified copy of the proceedings\n\nauthorizing the issuance thereof, together with any other\n\ninformation which the Attorney General may require, shall be\n\nsubmitted to the Attorney General. If the Attorney General finds\n\nthat such bonds have been authorized in accordance with law, the\n\nAttorney General shall approve the bonds and shall execute a\n\ncertificate to that effect, which shall be filed in the office of\n\nthe State Auditor and Inspector. All bonds so approved by the\n\nAttorney General, registered by the State Auditor and Inspector, and\n\nissued in accordance with the approved proceedings shall be valid\n\nand binding obligations of the Commission, and the bonds and all of\n\nthe provisions securing the bonds shall be incontestable for any\n\ncause in any court in Oklahoma unless suit thereon shall be brought\n\nin a court having jurisdiction within thirty (30) days from the date\n\nof the approval.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c72422369c7955379e171747e0239b1c9aead1faab6f7fc4b50d7d43cc797bd8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-2260","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-2262"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
