Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2268","heading":"Application for approval of bonds - Jurisdiction of","body":"Supreme Court - Notice and hearing - Incontestability.\n\nThe Commission is authorized in its discretion to file an\n\napplication with the Supreme Court of Oklahoma for the approval of\n\nany series of bonds to be issued hereunder, and exclusive original\n\njurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the Supreme Court to hear and\n\ndetermine each such application. It shall be the duty of the Court\n\nto give such applications precedence over the other business of the\n\nCourt and to consider and pass upon the applications any protests\n\nwhich may be filed thereto as speedily as possible. Notice of the\n\nhearing on each application shall be given by a notice published in\n\na newspaper of general circulation in the state informing that, on a\n\nday named, the Commission will ask the Court to hear its application\n\nand approve bonds. Such notice shall inform all persons interested\n\nthat they may file protest against the issuance of the bonds and be\n\npresent at the hearing and contest the legality thereof. Such\n\nnotice shall be published one time not less than ten (10) days prior\n\nto the date named for the hearing, and the hearing may be adjourned\n\nfrom time to time in the discretion of the Court. If the Court\n\nshall be satisfied that the bonds have been properly authorized in\n\naccordance with this act and that when issued they will constitute\n\nvalid obligations in accordance with their terms, the Court shall\n\nrender its written opinion approving the bonds and shall fix the\n\ntime within which a petition for rehearing may be filed. The\n\ndecision of the Court shall be a judicial determination of the\n\nvalidity of the bonds and shall be conclusive as to the Commission,\n\nits officers and agents.
