Stat. tit. 74, § 74-227.8","heading":"Payment for services by state agencies - Agreements -","body":"Deposits.\n\nNotwithstanding the provisions of any other law, any state\n\nagency, board, commission, city or town, common school, technology\n\ncenter school, county, institution of higher education, public trust\n\nor political subdivision of the state may enter into agreements with\n\nthe State Auditor and Inspector to perform audits, investigative or\n\nconsultant services and the entity shall pay the State Auditor and\n\nInspector for the services. Payments made by such entity shall be\n\ndeposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the State Auditor\n\nand Inspector Revolving Fund created by Section 227.9 of this title.\n\nExpenses incurred in auditing such books and accounts, including\n\ncompensation of necessary personnel, including consultants, or\n\ncausing the books and accounts to be audited, shall be paid by the\n\nentity in the same manner as now provided by law for other\n\ndisbursements.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"95ae021fbbfc2ca7fe8e36a270cc79bff9a3ad2849d2dfb19a31ae64ba9b4745","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-227.6","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-227.9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
