Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2271","heading":"Authority to issue revenue notes and bonds - Guaranties","body":"and insurance.\n\nThe Commission is hereby authorized to:\n\n1. Make and issue notes and bonds, and pledge revenues of the\n\nCommission subject to the Oklahoma Bond Oversight and Reform Act.\n\nThe Commission revenue notes and bonds issued under the provisions\n\nof this act shall not at any time be deemed to constitute a debt of\n\nthe state or of any political subdivision thereof or a pledge of the\n\nfaith and credit of the state or of any political subdivision. Such\n\nnotes and bonds shall be payable solely from the revenues of the\n\nDepartment and any other funds as may be provided by law for such\n\npayments and shall contain on their face a statement to that effect;\n\nand\n\n2.
