Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2273","heading":"Certified copy of issuance proceedings to be submitted to","body":"Attorney General.\n\nBefore any bond shall be issued and delivered by the Commission,\n\na certified copy of the proceedings for the issuance thereof,\n\ntogether with any other information which the Attorney General of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma may require shall be submitted to the Attorney\n\nGeneral. If the Attorney General shall find that the notes and\n\nbonds have been issued in accordance with the law, the Attorney\n\nGeneral shall approve the notes and bonds and execute a certificate\n\nto that effect. The Attorney General shall file the certificates in\n\nthe Office of the State Auditor and Inspector, and the certificates\n\nshall be recorded in a record kept for that purpose.
