Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2275","heading":"Notes and bonds as investment securities - Collateral","body":"security.\n\nNotes and bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this act are\n\nhereby made securities in which all public officers and public\n\nboards, agencies and instrumentalities of the state and its\n\npolitical subdivisions, all banks, trust companies, trust and loan\n\nassociations, investment companies and others carrying on a banking\n\nbusiness, and all insurance companies and insurance associations,\n\nand others carrying on an insurance business may legally and\n\nproperly invest.
