The Commission may establish and designate state trails on\n\nlands under the jurisdiction of a federal agency when, in the\n\nopinion of the federal agency, such lands may be so developed under\n\nthe provisions of federal law.\n\nB. Nothing in the Oklahoma Trails System Act shall prevent a\n\nsegment of the state trails system from being a part of the National\n\nScenic or Recreation Trails System.
