No hunting of wild game or the shooting of firearms shall be\n\npermitted along the trail, with the exception of those portions of\n\nthe trail which traverse public hunting areas. Such portions of the\n\ntrail shall be closed to trail use, as listed in the Oklahoma Trails\n\nSystem Act, during hunting season.\n\nB. All horseback riding and motorcycling activities shall be\n\nrestricted to their designated special-use trails. Foot travel on\n\nspecial-use trails shall be permitted; however, the special-use\n\nactivities shall have the right-of-way on the trails.\n\nC. Each person is guilty of a misdemeanor, who shall:\n\n1. Willfully mutilate, deface or destroy any guidepost, notice,\n\ntablet or other work for the protection or ornamentation of any\n\nstate trail;\n\n2. Place along any trail or affix to any object in the right-\n\nof-way, without a written license from the Commission, any word,\n\ncharacter or device designed to advertise any business, trade,\n\nprofession, article, thing, matter or event; or\n\n3.
