Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2294.1","heading":"Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture Supplemental","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Historical Society, to be designated the \"Oklahoma\n\nMuseum of Popular Culture Supplemental Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Historical\n\nSociety from appropriations of the Legislature designated for\n\ndeposit in this fund. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended to\n\nprovide funding for repairs, planning, staging, refurbishments, and\n\nimprovements to real and personal property, and funding for\n\nconstruction of the Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture. No\n\nexpenditures shall be made from the fund until the State Treasurer\n\ndetermines that funds provided by local and county governments, the\n\nfederal government, or through monetary donations or enforceable\n\npledges for monetary donations in the amount of Eighteen Million\n\nDollars ($18,000,000.00) are made for repairs, planning, staging,\n\nrefurbishments, and improvements to real and personal property, and\n\nfunding for construction of the Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture;\n\nprovided, no funds collected or received prior to May 25, 2021,\n\nshall be counted toward the amount. Expenditures from the fund\n\nshall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against\n\nclaims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment. On\n\nNovember 15, 2025, if no determination is made by the State\n\nTreasurer pursuant to the provisions of this section authorizing\n\nexpenditures from this fund, all unencumbered funds remaining in the\n\nOklahoma Museum of Popular Culture Supplemental Revolving Fund shall\n\nbe transferred to the State Treasurer for deposit in the General\n\nRevenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June\n\n30, 2024.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bfe472d54985e16c5a405e0dec9458661a30def610003d632ead15a77c5acb46","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-2294","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-2301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
