There are hereby granted to and imposed on the Oklahoma Golf\n\nTrail Commission, and in any commission or body which may hereafter\n\nsucceed to the powers, rights, and duties of the Commission, the\n\nadditional powers, rights, and duties hereinafter more specifically\n\nprovided.\n\nB. The mission of the Commission is to increase rounds of golf\n\nplayed at the Oklahoma Golf Trail Member Courses to stimulate\n\neconomic development, enhance tourism, attract new residents and\n\nretirees to the state, and to elevate the quality of life and\n\nexperience in Oklahoma.\n\nC. The Commission is hereby authorized to:\n\n1. Sue and be sued;\n\n2. Adopt, use, and alter an official seal;\n\n3. Make bylaws for the management and regulation of its\n\naffairs;\n\n4. Appoint, prescribe the duties, and fix the compensation for\n\nofficers, agents, and employees;\n\n5. Make contracts and execute instruments as in the judgment of\n\nthe Commission are necessary or convenient to the exercise of the\n\npowers conferred upon it by law;\n\n6. Sell advertising; provided, that such advertising shall be\n\napproved by the Commission prior to acceptance for publication; and\n\n7. Promulgate rules and policies necessary and convenient to\n\nthe exercise of the powers conferred upon it by law.\n\nD. The Commission shall be responsible for the following:\n\n1. Evaluating and selecting marketing options for the Oklahoma\n\nGolf Trail;\n\n2. Setting membership fees for Golf Trail courses;\n\n3. Evaluating courses based on condition, location, course\n\nfees, and any other variable relevant for Golf Trail course\n\nselection; and\n\n4.
