Stat. tit. 74, § 74-284.2","heading":"Pay increase funds - Prohibition of expenditure for","body":"contracted private employees.\n\nNo funds appropriated for the purpose of implementing the pay\n\nincrease provided in Section 1 of this act shall be expended by any\n\nemploying public agency, board, commission or other public employing\n\nentity in order to increase compensation for persons employed by a\n\nprivate business entity that has entered into contract with the\n\npublic employing entity to provide personnel services to the public\n\nemploying entity in order for the public employing entity to perform\n\nduties imposed upon it by law or functions the public employing\n\nentity is authorized to perform by law.
