Each member of the Committee shall submit a report as\n\nspecified in this section to the Chairperson upon request of the\n\nChairperson. The Chairperson shall give notice to each member of\n\nthe Committee to provide such report at least fifteen (15) days\n\nprior to each meeting. The report shall provide all information on\n\nany grants, donations, appropriated funds and any other funds\n\nreceived by that agency concerning providing housing services to the\n\nhomeless. The report shall provide detailed information concerning\n\nthe expenditure of any of the funds specified in this subsection\n\nwhich were expended on providing housing services to the homeless.\n\nThe Chairperson shall send a copy of each report to the other\n\nmembers of the Committee. The Chairperson shall also provide a copy\n\nof such reports to any member of the public upon written request and\n\nthe payment of any copying fee authorized by the Oklahoma Open\n\nRecords Act.\n\nB. On or before February 1 of each year, the Chairperson of the\n\nCommittee created in Section 2 of this act shall provide a written\n\nreport to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President\n\nPro Tempore of the Senate and the Governor specifying in detail the\n\nassistance provided, the agency or program pursuant to which such\n\nassistance was provided, any funds provided to and any expenditures\n\nmade from such funds provided to each agency specifically for\n\nproviding housing services to the homeless, any other relevant\n\ninformation related to such programs, and any recommendations for\n\nlegislation the Committee deems necessary for the best and most\n\nefficient housing services for the homeless.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0d036519f463afe84de736245a758e4320525769718a340d0837f5a01bbb57d9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-2900.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-2901.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
