The Oklahoma Department of Commerce and the Oklahoma\n\nHousing Finance Agency shall develop a statewide affordable housing\n\nstrategy and update such strategy periodically.\n\n2. The strategy shall include the real-time data collected and\n\nanalyzed on the current condition of affordable housing in Oklahoma.\n\n3. The strategy shall identify needs for affordable housing\n\nparticularly in nonmetropolitan areas of the state and in areas\n\nexperiencing growth.\n\n4. The strategy shall be coordinated with federal, state, and\n\nlocal housing providers to leverage new resources for affordable\n\nhousing in Oklahoma.\n\nB.
