Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2903.1","heading":"Oklahoma Homebuilder Program","body":"The Oklahoma Homebuilder Program shall be administered by the\n\nOklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). The program shall create\n\nmore affordable single family housing units across the State of\n\nOklahoma. The program shall be a loan program for homebuilders at\n\ninterest rates as low as zero percent (0%), providing loans to build\n\nsingle family housing units. The program shall fund both urban and\n\nrural housing developments across the state. The program shall give\n\npreference to applicants seeking to build homes in communities that\n\nhave been under a federally declared natural disaster within the\n\nlast twelve (12) months. Additionally, participants in this program\n\nshall not be eligible for the Oklahoma Affordable Housing Tax Credit\n\nas found in Section 2357.403 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nOHFA may promulgate rules to administer the Oklahoma Homebuilder\n\nProgram.
