Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2903.2","heading":"Homebuilder Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) to be designated the\n\n\"Homebuilder Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund,\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all\n\nmonies received by the OHFA from appropriations, donations, grants,\n\nor other sources of funding specifically designated for deposit to\n\nthe Homebuilder Revolving Fund. All monies accruing to the credit\n\nof said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the OHFA for the purpose of the Oklahoma Homebuilder\n\nProgram as described in Section 2 of this act.
