Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2903.3","heading":"Oklahoma Increased Housing Program","body":"The Oklahoma Increased Housing Program shall be administered by\n\nthe Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). The goal of the program\n\nis to help create more affordable housing across the State of\n\nOklahoma. The program shall help both developers and homebuyers.\n\nDevelopers may apply for gap financing in building both single\n\nfamily and multi-family homes across the state. Homebuyers may\n\napply for a grant assisting in making their down payments in\n\npurchasing a home. The program shall fund both urban and rural\n\nhousing developments across the state. The program shall give\n\npreference to applicants who are looking to develop or buy housing\n\nin communities that have been under a federally declared disaster\n\nwithin the last twelve (12) months. Additionally, participants in\n\nthe program shall not be eligible for the \"Oklahoma Affordable\n\nHousing Tax Credit\" as found in Section 2357.403 of Title 68 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes. OHFA may promulgate rules to develop the\n\nOklahoma Increased Housing Program.
