Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2903.4","heading":"Oklahoma Increased Housing Revolving Fund","body":"\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Increased Housing Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the OHFA from appropriations,\n\ndonations, grants, or other sources of funding specifically\n\ndesignated for deposit to the Oklahoma Increased Housing Revolving\n\nFund. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the OHFA for the\n\npurpose of the Oklahoma Increased Housing Program as described in\n\nSection 4 of this act.
