Stat. tit. 74, § 74-291.2","heading":"Board on Legislative Compensation - Meetings - Changes","body":"in legislative compensation - Quorum - Terms - Officers - Lobbyists.\n\nThe Board on Legislative Compensation created by Section 21 of\n\nArticle V of the Oklahoma Constitution shall meet on the third\n\nTuesday of October in every odd-numbered year at nine o'clock a.m.\n\nin the State Capitol Building, at which meeting the Board shall\n\nreview the compensation paid to members of the State Legislature\n\nand, if necessary, change the compensation. The Board may, at the\n\ncall of its chairman or upon a majority vote of its membership, hold\n\nsuch additional meetings as are necessary to carry out its official\n\nduties. Any change in legislative compensation shall be made by the\n\nBoard no later than the third Tuesday of November in said odd-\n\nnumbered year. Five members of the Board shall constitute a quorum\n\nand a majority vote of such quorum shall be necessary for the Board\n\nto act. The appointed members of said Board shall serve terms which\n\nrun concurrently with the terms of the respective appointing\n\nauthorities and shall serve at their pleasure. The Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services shall serve as\n\nSecretary to the Board. The Board shall elect such other officers\n\nas they deem needed from their membership.
