Stat. tit. 74, § 74-291.4","heading":"Statewide Official Compensation Commission – Members -","body":"Duties.\n\nA. There is hereby created the Statewide Official Compensation\n\nCommission.\n\nB. The Statewide Official Compensation Commission shall consist\n\nof the same persons who constitute the Board on Legislative\n\nCompensation as provided by Section 21 of Article V of the Oklahoma\n\nConstitution.\n\nC. The Statewide Official Compensation Commission shall be\n\nauthorized to meet only on the same date as the Board on Legislative\n\nCompensation.\n\nD. The Statewide Official Compensation Commission shall set the\n\nsalary for each of the following elected officials:\n\n1. The Governor;\n\n2. The Lieutenant Governor;\n\n3. The Attorney General;\n\n4. The State Treasurer;\n\n5. The State Auditor and Inspector;\n\n6. The Superintendent of Public Instruction;\n\n7. The State Insurance Commissioner;\n\n8. The Commissioner of Labor; and\n\n9. The members of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.\n\nE. The Statewide Official Compensation Commission shall not set\n\nthe salary for any of the officials identified in subsection D of\n\nthis section at an amount less than the salary in effect for such\n\nofficials as of January 1, 2025.\n\nF. At its authorized meeting, the Statewide Official\n\nCompensation Commission shall set the salary for each of the\n\nofficials identified in subsection D of this section for any term of\n\noffice for such officials beginning on or after the date as of which\n\nthe Commission sets the salary amount.\n\nG.
