The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is hereby directed to implement a direct deposit system for\n\nemployees who are subject to the provisions of the Oklahoma State\n\nEmployees' Direct Deposit Act. There shall be no service charge of\n\nany type paid by the state employee at any time which shall decrease\n\nthe net amount of the employee's salary deposited to the financial\n\ninstitution of the personal choice of the employee as a result of\n\nthe implementation and administration of the Oklahoma State\n\nEmployees' Direct Deposit Act.\n\n1. Employees hired after December 31, 2004, shall participate\n\nin the direct deposit system. At the time the employee enters on\n\nduty, the employee shall identify a financial institution that will\n\nserve as a personal depository agent for the employee.\n\n2. Employees hired before December 31, 2004, shall participate\n\nin the direct deposit system. No later than June 30, 2007, each\n\nemployee hired before December 31, 2004, who is not a participant in\n\nthe direct deposit system, shall identify a financial institution\n\nthat will serve as a personal depository agent for the employee.\n\nB. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall promulgate rules as necessary for implementation and\n\nadministration of the system, which shall include limited exceptions\n\nto required participation by employees.\n\nC.
