Stat. tit. 74, § 74-292.2","heading":"Permanent employees of House of Representatives -","body":"Salaries and emoluments.\n\nThe positions of permanent employment within the House of\n\nRepresentatives and the salaries attached thereto shall be\n\nprescribed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The\n\nsalaries of permanent employees of the House of Representatives\n\nshall be increased at the same rate as is prescribed by law for that\n\nparticular fiscal year for comparable salaries of employees within\n\nthe classified service of the Merit System of Personnel\n\nAdministration.
