There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Office of the Attorney General to be designated the\n\n“Oklahoma Opioid Abatement Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all opioid funds obtained through a settlement or\n\njudgment by the Attorney General on behalf of the State of Oklahoma\n\nrelated to opioid litigation involving pharmaceutical supply chain\n\nparticipants:\n\n1. Designated for deposit in the fund; or\n\n2. Appropriated to the fund by the Legislature.\n\nB. Provided that the Purdue Political Subdivision Fund shall be\n\nmaintained in a segregated State Treasury fund within the Oklahoma\n\nOpioid Abatement Revolving Fund, and that the Purdue Political\n\nSubdivision Fund shall not be commingled with other opioid funds\n\ndeposited in or appropriated to the Oklahoma Opioid Abatement\n\nRevolving Fund.\n\nC. The Office of the Attorney General may use not more than ten\n\npercent (10%) of the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma Opioid\n\nAbatement Revolving Fund for statewide opioid abatement projects\n\nthat constitute an approved use under the Political Subdivisions\n\nOpioid Abatement Grants Act. The Oklahoma Opioid Abatement Board\n\nshall approve all statewide opioid abatement projects described in\n\nthis subsection.\n\nD.
