Stat. tit. 74, § 74-3004","heading":"Procurement schedule","body":"The Office of Management and Enterprise Services Central\n\nPurchasing Division shall designate and distribute by regulation a\n\nschedule, hereinafter referred to as the procurement schedule, of\n\nthe products directly manufactured, produced, processed or assembled\n\nor services directly performed, offered or provided by any person\n\nwith significant disabilities or qualified nonprofit agency for the\n\nemployment of people with significant disabilities, as defined in\n\nSection 3003 of this title, which the State Purchasing Director\n\ndetermines are suitable for procurement by the state. The products\n\nand services on contract will be published on the procurement\n\nschedule and will be designated as mandatory. The Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services Central Purchasing Division shall\n\nhave the authority to qualify organizations for inclusion in the\n\nState Use Program, monitor qualified organizations for continued\n\ncompliance to remain active in the program, and remove organizations\n\nfrom the program.
