Stat. tit. 74, § 74-3004.2","heading":"State Use Advisory Council Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be\n\ndesignated the \"State Use Advisory Council Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all proceeds from the management\n\nfee or levy on contracts for purchases of products or services of\n\npeople with significant disabilities, as provided in Section 3004.1\n\nof this title. The fund shall be invested in any of the types of\n\ninstruments in which the State Treasurer is authorized by law to\n\ninvest. Interest earned shall be retained by the fund. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for the salary and other administrative expenses of the\n\nbuyer and clerical and technical support in the Central Purchasing\n\nDivision of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nresponsible for contracts for the products and services of people\n\nwith significant disabilities and expenses the Office incurs to\n\nsupport State Use operations including services of the Centralized\n\nNon-Profit Agency (CNA).
