Stat. tit. 74, § 74-3005","heading":"Determination of fair market price","body":"The Office of Management and Enterprise Services Central\n\nPurchasing Division shall determine the fair market price of all\n\nproducts and services included in the procurement schedule and shall\n\nrevise such prices in accordance with changing market conditions;\n\nprovided, however, a change in price shall not be effective prior to\n\nthe expiration of thirty (30) days from the date on which such\n\nchange is approved.
