The facilitation, promotion, and the distribution of orders\n\nof the state for products or services on the procurement schedule\n\namong qualified nonprofit agencies for people with significant\n\ndisabilities;\n\n3. Scheduling and conducting annual training sessions;\n\n4. Publishing the approved State Use Procurement Schedule;\n\n5. Promotion of the State Use Program through development and\n\ndistribution of program marketing material, promotion of program\n\nthrough continued contact with current and future customers; and\n\n6.
