Nothing in Section 3001 et seq. of this title pursuant to\n\npurchases of products and services from people with significant\n\ndisabilities shall be construed to prohibit any department or agency\n\nof the state from manufacturing or supplying its own products or\n\nservices for its own use. Procurements made pursuant to Section\n\n3001 et seq. of this title shall not be subject to the competitive\n\nbid requirements of the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act, Section\n\n85.1 et seq. of this title.\n\nB. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services Central\n\nPurchasing Division shall require an annual qualified organization\n\npricing review for all products and services approved and designated\n\non the procurement schedule. The method of the pricing review shall\n\nbe defined in the promulgated rules.\n\nC. When the fair market price for a product or service approved\n\nby the Office of Management and Enterprise Services Central\n\nPurchasing Division exceeds a current market price for the same\n\nproduct or service and such lower market price has been verified by\n\nthe agency through compliance with the fair market analysis process\n\napproved by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services Central\n\nPurchasing Division, the State Use contracting officer may grant a\n\ntemporary exception to a requesting agency so that the agency may\n\npurchase the product or service from the supplier offering the lower\n\nmarket price.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a8ddede94ee09ace9e56f160baf122b9023316a1883df4e88455edaf9ebfd721","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-3007","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-3009"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
