There is hereby created the Oklahoma Drug and Alcohol Abuse\n\nPolicy Board.\n\nB. A chairperson shall be chosen annually by the members of the\n\nOklahoma Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy Board to serve a term\n\nbeginning July 1. The chairperson may establish committees,\n\nsubcommittees, or other working groups in order to accomplish the\n\ngoals of the Board.\n\nC. The Board shall be composed of the following members:\n\n1. The Governor or designee;\n\n2. The Attorney General or designee;\n\n3. The Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and\n\nDangerous Drugs Control or designee;\n\n4. The Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation\n\nor designee;\n\n5. The Commissioner of Public Safety or designee;\n\n6. The Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and\n\nSubstance Abuse Services or designee;\n\n7. The Commissioner of Health or designee;\n\n8. The Adjutant General of the Military Department or designee;\n\n9. The Superintendent of Public Instruction or designee;\n\n10. The Director of the Department of Corrections or designee;\n\n11. The Director of the Department of Human Services or\n\ndesignee;\n\n12. The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement\n\nCommission or designee;\n\n13. The Executive Director of the District Attorneys' Council\n\nor designee;\n\n14. The Executive Director of the Oklahoma Commission on\n\nChildren and Youth or designee;\n\n15. The Executive Director of the Office of Juvenile Affairs or\n\ndesignee; and\n\n16. Two appointees of the Governor, who shall be private\n\ncitizens appointed to serve for one-year terms.\n\nD. Any other state or local agency or individual may become a\n\nnonvoting member of the Board upon approval of a two-thirds (2/3)\n\nmajority of the voting members set forth in subsection C of this\n\nsection.\n\nE. Other officers, excluding the chairperson, may be elected at\n\nthe discretion of the voting Board members.\n\nF.
