Stat. tit. 74, § 74-30c","heading":"Duties","body":"The Oklahoma Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy Board shall:\n\n1. Encourage the establishment of a mechanism for the exchange\n\nof information and ideas to assist in the marshalling, coordinating\n\nand directing of the various missions and efforts related to\n\nfighting drug and alcohol abuse of the agencies set forth in\n\nsubsection C of Section 3 of this act;\n\n2. Encourage other institutions, both public and private, to\n\nparticipate in creating uniform drug policies for the state;\n\n3. Create a structure and organization to facilitate the\n\ncoordination of this state's war against drug and alcohol abuse by\n\nestablishing strategies on prevention, treatment and rehabilitation,\n\nthereby avoiding duplication of effort and preserving state\n\nresources;\n\n4. Establish a central focus and policy in coordinating and\n\ndirecting public and private efforts toward solving all alcohol and\n\ndrug-related problems;\n\n5. Develop and refine a comprehensive statewide plan which\n\naddresses all areas of the war against drugs including: law\n\nenforcement, prosecution, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation\n\nefforts, maximizing the utilization of the state's resources; and\n\n6.
