Public bodies shall make available on their Internet website\n\nor on a general website if a public body uses a general website, the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. Any administrative rules adopted pursuant to the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act, which the public body uses to\n\noperate;\n\n2. Any proposed administrative rules submitted by the public\n\nbody pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act;\n\n3. Any statutes affecting the public body and its operations;\n\nand\n\n4. Any statutes the public may find useful in interacting with\n\nthe public body.\n\nB. For purposes of this section, \"public body\" is defined as\n\nprovided by paragraph 1 of Section 304 of Title 25 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nC. In addition to the requirements listed in subsection A of\n\nthis section, any public body that collects personally identifiable\n\ndata shall make available on its Internet website, or on a general\n\nwebsite if a public body uses a general website, the following:\n\n1. What personally identifiable data is being stored;\n\n2. How the personally identifiable data is stored; and\n\n3. With whom the public body shares the personally identifiable\n\ndata.\n\nD. For purposes of this section, \"personally identifiable data\"\n\nmeans information which can identify an individual including, but\n\nnot limited to, name, birth date, place of birth, mother's maiden\n\nname, biometric records, Social Security number, official state- or\n\ngovernment-issued driver license or identification number, alien\n\nregistration number, government passport number, employer or\n\ntaxpayer identification number or any other information that is\n\nlinked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational,\n\nfinancial or employment information.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5b06021c7f364372949b0e1d7fc4acf13d0f3c41318315535861fb761335037d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-3106.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-3110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
