Stat. tit. 74, § 74-3119","heading":"State employee membership - Department of Corrections -","body":"General mailing list.\n\nAny statewide organization limited to state employee membership\n\nwith a minimum membership of two thousand dues-paying members and\n\nserving employees of a state agency including, but not limited to,\n\nthe Department of Corrections, may annually send one general mailing\n\nto all state employees and shall pay for the total cost of the\n\nmailing. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services and any\n\nqualifying organization under this section shall agree on the method\n\nof providing a list of the names and addresses of the state\n\nemployees to accomplish the mailing, while preserving the\n\nconfidentiality of the list. Such an agreement may include\n\nproviding the list to a third party in the business of providing\n\nmailing services if the third party agrees to maintain the\n\nconfidentiality of the list.
